Summer is Coming
My first attempt at Saison style
My first attempt at Saison style
Saison beers are amongst my favorites and I wanted to brew one for the summer. I added a bit too much of Munich malt, but except that, really good result.
I brewed it with a few colleagues, and we got a really great weather, perfect for beers and BBQ.

Fermentation was done after two weeks. This yeast is quite strong and a blow off tube is mandatory, to avoid getting wort exiting the fermenter.
Here is the result, dry and refreshing saison, people liked it and it did not stay for too long on the shelf.
