Design and/or implement cloud architectures for customers in various industries (Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Government, etc.), on the three major clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP). Involvement ranges from short-term cloud engineering hands-on role, to large end-to-end cloud architectures.

Provide support for colleagues in other projects regarding cloud architecture, devops principles and tools or low-level infrastructure debugging.

In-house DevOps evangelist. Goal of the chapter is to help adoption of DevOps culture and practices across teams and ensures they can become
as autonomous as possible during the lifecycle of their applications

  • Responsible for 3 DevOps engineers. Together, working hand in hand with teams to identify pain points and remove them.
  • Member of the IT Architecture Board, alongside the CIO and other IT leads, designing together the future of the company’s technological stack.

Design and implementation of a modern hybrid cloud platform, self-manageable by developers. Grew from a single person ”PoC size” project to an AWS multi-account structure with multiple production workloads and a team of 5 persons over the course of 18 months.

  • Based on Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift)
  • Self documented and auditable with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • CI/CD with Gitlab, integrated with JIRA, SonarQube and Nexus through custom gateways. Homemade library of pipelines blocks and
    application templates for quick bootstrap.
  • Offers services by default, with zero configuration needed from the developers: monitoring (Dynatrace), logging (CloudWatch/EFK),
    service mesh (Istio).
  • Built following the best practices from AWS, RedHat and independant advisors.
